Umuthi Beetroot Sprouting Seeds are light-coloured, rough-textured seeds used to grow striking red sprouts with a mild, earthy taste. As they grow, they develop into beautiful lime green microgreens with deep red veins, making them as visually appealing as they are practical in the kitchen. They are lovely in salads, sandwiches, wraps, and garnishes, or enjoyed on their own for colour and fresh texture.
